Key points
- Articles published after January 1, 2024 are eligible, or accepted for publication prior to the agreement's termination date
- The agreement allows authors from participating institutions to publish in all of ACM's hybrid and gold journals without the need for any transactional article processing charge (APC)
- The corresponding author is the eligible author for this agreement, as designated when the publication was submitted, and must use their institutional email address when submitting an article for publication. There can only be a single corresponding author designated for each accepted article
- ACM does not charge additional fees for page and/or colour fees. Always check the journal's submission guidelines for any other fees and charges.
