Try these additional databases

MEDLINE with Full Text (Ebsco)
Covers literature on biomedicine, allied health fields and the biological and physical sciences, humanities and information science as they relate to health care; useful for assignments covering memory and the brain.
ProQuest
Provides a range of mainly full text databases, is international in scope and useful for all science subjects.
Wiley Online Library
Provides full text access to journals in a range of disciplines including: science, medicine, physiology, nutrition, pharmacology, social sciences, psychology, and life sciences.
Cochrane Library (Wiley)
Search by specific topics, or look for the Browse by Subject link and select Psychology.

Finding a journal homepage

If you viewed a journal article in an online database and it does not have a DOI, you will need to do either a Google search (using the journal title) or search in the database Ulrichsweb (listed under 'U' in the alpha list of Databases), to obtain the URL for the journal's home page.

Google Scholar

When you are searching, always remember to set Google Scholar preferences - this means that you will be able to directly access any articles/journals that the SCU Library has subscribed to.

Please follow the instructions below:

Click the three horizontal lines (top left) then go to Settings (the cog at the bottom of the list)
Click Library links
Type in Southern Cross University and click the search button
Tick Southern Cross University - Find it @ SCU

If you use EndNote, under Bibliography Manager, select EndNote.
Click Save.
