Word 2007 (Windows): Word Options - Advanced - Field Shading - When Selected Word 2008 (Mac): Word - Preferences - Under "authoring and proofing" - click View - Field Shading - Always or When Selected |
If you're having problems with EndNote, start by checking to see if the problem is covered in the EndNote Manual, EndNote.pdf, which will be in your Applications EndNote folder on the Mac, or via the 'All Programs' menu on the PC.
There is also a Help menu in the EndNote program.
Most problems can be answered on the FAQ pages at the official EndNote site.
