AustLit has been a staple of Australian and international university teaching, research, and publication for two decades.
AustLit's rich biographical and bibliographical records (now numbering over one million) provide the most comprehensive single resource on Australian story-telling in all its forms, including the unique BlackWords dataset of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander story-telling.

The Library runs trials to ensure that resources meet the University's Teaching & Learning, and Research needs. Staff and student feedback plays an important role in the evaluation of these trialled resources for subscription or purchase.
